TEACHER ZACH BIEGUN
I’ve been involved in quality mindful movement for over half my life. As a multi-disciplinary mover and teacher, I’ve graduated from over 15 formal teacher trainings and had the pleasure of making my living by teaching movement for most of my adult life. Always inquisitive myself, I make a point of explaining “how” and “why” when I teach, because my student’s real work isn’t when I’m teaching them, but when they apply what I’ve taught outside of our classroom.
Whether you want to re-learn how to walk, learn to sit and stand upright with greater grace and ease, or even stand on your hands—I’ve been blessed with the experience to help by the people who’ve elected me “teacher” and trusted me with their wellbeing. I teach for a love of mindful movement and out of a curiosity to know more-there’s no finish line to reach in understanding the human body or its relationship with the human mind. I’m always a student, and (if you let me be) sometimes also a teacher.
