This event is open to the public, and will cover a variety of Pralaya Yoga practices, asana alignment, therapeutics, energetics and new insights into anatomical guidelines for maximum strength, flexibility and energy, and always practical philisophic insights which help in your day to day practice.
PRALAYA Hatha Yoga is a revolutionary system of yoga, developed over many years by yoga master, Robert Boustany. It uses staged physical challenges for strength in life. It is a physically challenging system, which promotes rapid development by balance by isolating and strengthening the weakest areas.
A regular practice of PRALAYA Hatha Yoga increases strength dramatically, gives balanced flexibility that increases joint longevity and prevents injuries, and as it increases energy and perception it also calms and supports a balanced perception of life in solving daily challenges.
Based on the philosophy of Advaita Vedanta, PRALAYA Hatha Yoga sees the practice of yoga as the key to cultivating a quiet attentive presence, without constant homage to the thinking mind. By being present and accepting the intensity of the practice, one cultivates the mental fire to be stronger inside than the outside circumstances. As energetic and emotional blockages naturally ease, one becomes more alive, melting into Life in the expanded, timeless, present moment.
The PRALAYA Hatha Yoga Training program is offered as a 200 hour course in conjunction with BYB Yoga. In this program the participant will learn yoga history, anatomy and physiology, critical yoga skills, and practices. The primary emphasis of this course will be an extensive training in the methods and philosophy of PRALAYA Hatha Yoga.
THE COURSE IS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP SOMEONE WITH THE CAPABILITIES OF AN INSTRUCTOR AND WHO IS ABLE TO PRACTICE OR TEACH THE EFFECTIVE USE OF YOGA.
